Ken Kendre founded Global with the vision of bringing true international standards of education to India. After relocating from the USA, he established the school to align with the educational norms and policies of the American system, adapting them to the Indian context. His goal was to offer students an education that not only meets global benchmarks but also fosters creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. By integrating the best practices from the USA with the rich cultural heritage of India, Global aims to provide students with a world-class learning experience that prepares them for success in an interconnected global society.

Since the school’s inception in 2017, Bob Sir, a retired Marine from the USA, has played a vital role in guiding the Global team. With his extensive experience in leadership and discipline, Bob Sir has helped shape the school's strategic direction and ensure that it adheres to high standards of excellence. His mentorship continues to inspire both faculty and students, creating an environment where values such as integrity, respect, and resilience are emphasized alongside academic achievement.

Mrs. Bincy Varghese, with 15 years of experience as an educationalist, serves as the Principal of Global. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, and student-centered learning. In her role, Mrs. Varghese is instrumental in shaping the school's vision, ensuring the seamless integration of international educational standards with the needs of Indian students.
